This report in today’s Inside Higher Ed details a new study that shows community college enrollments dipping slightly across the country over the past year. Perhaps it would be more accurate to say they have stopped growing so rapidly, according to the study’s authors from the American Association of Community Colleges.
“It’s not that enrollment is down. It has essentially stopped growing,” said Kent Phillippe, a senior research associate for the American Association of Community Colleges.
