Alan P. Joseph, assistant professor of history, and Robert Whitaker, assistant professor of political science, will present a Constitution Day Program entitled: “Current events and the Constitution.”
The discussion will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 17 in the Exhibition Room, 2nd Floor of the Campus Center.
Constitution Day is Sept. 17.
The discussion will emphasize both a historical and political view of the Constitution and will focus on many current issues related to the constitution. The program is open to the entire College communiity.
Members of the Student Senate will be dressed in Revolutionary era costumes to promote the activity and will be distributing U.S. Constitution booklets and voter registration forms.
