You Are Not Alone. We’re Here

In recognition of April as Counseling Awareness Month, speaker Sean Campbell will share his personal story of struggle with depression and anxiety and his triumph over the adversity of growing up with a father who suffered from bipolar disorder and alcoholism.

Campbell will speak at noon on Wednesday, Apr. 13 in the Bulmer Telecommunications Center Auditorium.

In his authentic and compelling manner, Campbell talks about his success promoting mental health awareness and providing people with strategies to maintain positive mental health.

Campbell is the recipient of the 2010 New Jersey Governor’s Council on Mental Health Stigma Ambassador Award for his work with individuals and families, and a graduate of Hunter College. He speaks professionally throughout the country and is the author of “The Sitcoms of Norman Lear.” A book that promotes the positive effects of Lear-s 1970s sitcoms on American culture, it often is used in university courses.

The Center for Counseling and Transfer welcomes a speaker today at noon as part of Counseling Awareness Month. All are welcome to attend.
