Governor Andrew Cuomo, Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos and Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver yesterday announced an agreement on the 2012-2013 New York State budget.
The budget includes an additional $31.3 million in support for local community colleges, raising base aid from $2,122 to $2,272 per full-time equivalent student.
The college’s administration will soon be announcing to the campus community more details on the upcoming college budget and how the continued fiscal realities we face will impact college operations.
