Please remind students to check their HVCC e-mail account periodically over the summer.
Many offices have transitioned from mailing information to e-mailing information to students. Some information will continue to be U.S.P.S. mailed, but use of e-mail affords the college the opportunity to share more information with students and to do so in a cost effective way. For example the Cashier’s Office no longer mails the Registration Payment Booklet to all students. This is a substantial publication that was expensive to print and costly to mail. That booklet now is available on the Cashier’s webpage and a link to the booklet is e-mailed to all students who are sent a registration bill.
So, if you have the opportunity, please help us spread the word!
