Foundation awards must be finalized in late April. The librarians understand that this time frame eliminates the end-of-spring-semester papers from consideration for that given academic year. Papers that receive a grade of A after this year’s April 27 deadline can be submitted for the following academic year’s award. For students who have moved on to another institution or are out of the area, the prize still will be awarded to them and they will still be cited in the Commencement program (and invited to the ceremony).
Please nominate the outstanding papers you are receiving as this semester concludes for consideration for next year’s award.
Thank you for support of this prestigious academic award.
