On Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, ITS will be performing a long-overdue upgrade to Zimbra. The upgrade is a major release from 6.0 to 7.2. This upgrade will fix many bugs and introduce some new support for technologies already in use today.
Zimbra will be taken down at 7 a.m. and should be restored by 3 p.m. During this time, e-mail will be held at the delivering sites for up to five days. E-mail delivery will then catch up after the systems are restored to normal operation.
On Monday, if you have any issues with the Outlook Connector, please open a ticket with the Type/Product as E-mail and indicate that the issue is with Outlook.
