Penny Hill, associate dean at TEC-SMART, and her United States Tennis Association teammates, captured a title during last weekend’s Eastern Region Sectionals held at Schenectady’s Central Park and Clifton Park’s Shenendehowa High School.
The undefeated team, Women’s 2.5 team 40-Love, will travel to the USTA National competition in California at the end of September.
