The Center for Energy Efficiency and Building Science, a division of the college’s Workforce Development Institute, will hold an information session for contractors and those affiliated with job training, this from 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, May 19, at Northeast Career Planning, 339 Broadway, Menands.
The session will focus on the new CEEBS training for Basic Air Sealing and Insulation (BASI), which provides a skill set for those interested in entering the home energy efficiency field. Northeast Career Planning houses the BASI training facility.
