A rescued mother cat, named Opal (left), and her son, Atlas, are in need of a forever home or homes. Opal is one year old, spayed and vaccinated. Altas, now only eight or nine weeks old, will be neutered prior to his adoption. Both cats are very friendly, but shy — something a stable home will cure in no time! Please contact Rescue Call at (518) 227-7771 if you or someone you know is looking for a pet.
These two, male kittens were trapped at the Cohoes Housing Authority and will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Both cats are under six months old and will make perfect house cats once they build a little trust. This shouldn’t take long. The shorthair purrs when held and likes other cats, while the longhair is a bit more skittish but likes to be petted. If no one adopts them, they will be released to resume their lives in the CHA dumpsters… Please contact Ruth Rivera at catcrazy27@yahoo.com if you or someone you know can help.
Also, the three kittens abandoned last month in downtown Troy are ready for adoption:
