The men’s hockey team (1-1) defeated RPI Club (0-1), 7-6, on Friday evening and lost to Marist Club (1-0), 7-5, on Saturday evening to open the regular season.
William Huber and John Garro led the Vikings with two goals apiece, and Patrick Raike, Kory Wilson, and Matt Wagner each added a goal in the one-goal victory over RPI Club. Huber came back on Saturday and recorded a hat trick, while James Murphy and Mike Sablesak added a goal apiece.
The Vikings host their first game on the season on Tuesday, Oct. 30 against Albany Club at 8 p.m.
