Women’s Basketball Loses to Adirondack

The women’s basketball team (8-13) lost to SUNY Adirondack (8-11), 67-59, on Tuesday evening.

Raeshelle Frasier (Schenectady/Schenectady) led the Vikings with a double-double, scoring 25 points and pulling down 10 rebounds, and Samantha Tomeck (Duanesburg/Duanesburg) added 20 points and three steals in the loss. The 10 rebounds move Frasier into second place in Hudson Valley history for most rebounds in a season with 345. Frasier needs only nine rebounds in the home finale on Saturday to break the single-season record of 353 rebounds.

The women host SUNY Delhi in their last home game of the season on Saturday at 1 p.m.
