My son, Jonathan, has asked for a Leopard Gecko for his eighth birthday. My wife and I told him that he needs to read about them, to make sure that this is a pet that he really wants and that he is willing to take care of it. Since he has been reading and still says that he wants a Leopard Gecko, we are on-board!
However, before we run out and buy everything that we need for the gecko’s habitat (e.g., tank, tank stand, heat lamps, heat pad, humidity gauge, temperature gauge, etc.) from the pet store, I wanted to reach out and see if anyone has any of these items lying around their home, that they are looking to get rid of.
