The lacrosse team (3-4) lost to #5 SUNY-Delhi (9-2), 12-10, on Monday afternoon.
The Vikings held a 6-4 lead at the half, but five unanswered goals by the Bronco’s led to an important conference win. Bryce Sinisgalli (John Glynn/Elwood), Paul Bennet (Glens Falls/Glens Falls), Eric Halek (Bethlehem/Delmar) and Ted Dagostino (LaSalle Institute/Albany) each recorded two goals in the loss. Liam Christensen (Bethlehem/Glenmont) added two assists and Andrew Reilly (Bethlehem/Bethlehem) recorded 20 saves in goal.
The men host Mohawk Valley on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
