I write to invite all employees to a training session held on the Physical Plant’s work order system. Through this system, you can request work to be performed by the Physical Plant right from your computer. Those already familiar with the system may also attend to have a “refresher” session.
Training will be held in BTC 1033 on Monday, Sept. 26 at the following times:
10 – 10:30 a.m.
or
2 – 2:30 p.m.
Please contact Tina Maloney at extension 7356 or via e-mail T.maloney@hvcc.edu to sign up for one of these sessions. In order to use this system you will need a user ID and password. Please contact my office to make this arrangement.
We encourage everyone on campus to use this system to report work required on campus. We especially encourage faculty to report problems in classrooms.
