The arena will be open through March 13, 2011 with public skating hours Monday through Friday from noon to 2 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 4 to 6:15 p.m. Holiday hours are Monday, December 27 through Thursday, Dec. 30 from noon to 2 p.m. and again at 4 to 6:15 p.m.
The rink is closed on the following dates: Wednesday, Nov. 24; Thursday, Nov. 25; Friday, Dec. 24; Saturday, Dec. 25; Friday, Dec. 31 and Saturday, Jan. 1.
Admission is $2 for children, 2 to 17 years old; $3 for adults, 18+ years old; $2 for seniors 60+ years old. Cost for alumni, faculty and staff is $2 and Hudson Valley Students are free. Groups of 10 or more receive $1.00 off the price of each admission with advance notice.
Weekend and evening skating lessons are available to the public through outside instructors. For schedule and costs, call (518)629-4829.
The Skate Shop offers skate rentals for adults and children, as well as skate sharpening. Vending machines are available for snacks and beverages.
Located inside the McDonough Sports Complex, the rink may be rented for special events through March. The space is available for rental without the ice surface during the off-season.

Hudson Valley Community College is offering free recreational ice skating to the public on the 18,000 square-foot Conway Ice Arena during its season-opening weekend, Saturday, Oct. 2 and Sunday, Oct. 3 from 4 to 6:15 p.m.
