Dianne Zielinski is teaching at four high schools this semester thanks to videoconferencing. She worked with Professor Bob Matthews to create a presentation on collecting journal articles utilizing the Hudson Valley Community College Library Web site. Students from one remote site are able to take advantage of the Flexible Learning Space computer lab located in the Marvin Library.
Instructional Technologies staff members Eric Kiel and Roger Pinke utilized desktop videoconferencing software to connect to the high schools’ videoconference classrooms. Both college and high school sites were able to see, hear and participate during the presentation.
