Did you take advantage of access to the Blackboard Training Server when we were testing Service Pack 11? If so you need to make sure you have moved any and all content you created there back over to our live Production Server by Wednesday, Oct. 16.
If you need additional zzzz areas to accommodate that content, please contact DLhelp at 629-7070 or dlhelp@ hvcc.edu. We can also help you move your content.
ITS and DL will begin testing upgrades next week with the intention of pushing these upgrades out to the Training Server for another cycle of faculty preview and training for Spring 2014.
