The Marvin Library is very pleased to announce the addition of the Albany Business Review to its repertoire of digital news and business subscriptions.
Forty years ago, the Business Review made its debut as a part of a trend toward local business journals across the country; evolved into the Capital District Business Review, and is now known as the Albany Business Review. This business service is updated 24/7 and provides insight and analyses far beyond simply news. Weekly editions include data, lists, networking, and cutting edge cover stories (for example, see the cover of January 10-16, 2014 edition: “The Cutter & The Creator” featuring a profile of Board of Trustees member Ken Colloton).
To access simply visit the Marvin Library list of databases at https://www.hvcc.edu/lrc/databases/index.html. You will find the Albany Business Review in alphabetical order and also under “Business” and “News.” To access from off campus, you will be prompted for your HVCC login credentials. Visit the website anytime. Also from within the Albany Business Review portal, you can set up a personal account to receive two daily e-mails with emerging news stories.
