Important information for Blackboard faculty

Blackboard Faculty:

Courses are only retained in Blackboard for a period of one year and 30 days from the beginning of the semester in which the course was scheduled to be taught. Therefore, the Spring 2013 courses are no longer available for faculty to access.

Did you already export and import your Spring 2013 course into a more current semester?

If you have not taught this course since the Spring 2013 semester, did you save a copy?

If you answered “no” to either of these two questions, please contact dlhelp@hvcc.edu with a request for an export. In your e-mail, please include:

• Instructor Name
• Semester, Year, Course Name, Course Number, Section Number and Course Title, in this naming convention: Spring_2013_ARTS_100_300_Survey of Art History I

Spring 2013 courses will be on the system until March 14. Any request received after close of business on March 14 will not be able to be fulfilled.
