A Lump Sum Payroll Request Form will be enclosed with your March 21st paycheck or direct deposit stub. The form is also available on the Payroll Office website at https://www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/lumpsum.pdf.
The Lump Sum pay will be issued on May 30, 2014.
If interested, the form should be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, May 2, 2014.
