Mark Mitchell has volunteered
to serve on the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
Mark graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in 1974, obtaining an associate of arts degree in liberal arts. During his time at Hudson Valley Community College, Mark served as the Freshmen Class President and the Student Body President. Following his academic success at The George Washington University, where he earned a BBA and an MBA in accounting, Mark went on to work at such institutions such as World Bank, Computervision Corporation, and the Department of New York State.
Mark, currently Director of Internal Audit for NYSERDA, will bring his vast accounting knowledge and pure enthusiasm for the college and the community to the Board of Directors, and help the Foundation increase its profile as it raises funds to support the college.
