Please join us in congratulating JoAnn Fowler, program assistant III from the English Foreign Languages and English as a Second Language Department. She has received the Leadership Development Certification of Completion.
JoAnn has been with the college for four years. In her tenure at Hudson Valley Community College, JoAnn always has been keenly interested in her professional and personal development. In addition, to being a 2003 HVCC graduate, she was awarded an Accounting Certificate this past fall. In 2012, she was a Meritorious Service Award recipient.
