For over 10 years, the Business Review celebrates our region’s young talent through its annual 40 under 40 awards.
Shannon (Haughney) Galuski ’97 is the executive director of the St. Peter’s Hospital Foundation and has been with the Foundation since 1999. Following her academic career at Hudson Valley Community College, Shannon went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in marketing at Siena. A proven leader in our community, Shannon is an active volunteer, wife and mother.
Heather Howley ’03 is owner and chief pilot at Independent Helicopters in Ballston Spa. Always seeking adventure, Heather left Hudson Valley Community College to earn her degree in aviation at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. After 
traveling the world for years, Heather decided to set up her operations in Ballston Spa, and works with her husband at Independent Helicopters.
