The English, Foreign Languages, and English as a Second Language Department has seats available in Mastering Essentials of Grammar and Punctuation (ENGL 117) sprint classes for fall 2014:
A command of English grammar, usage, and punctuation is essential for success both in academia and the workplace. This course provides students with an overview of the conventions of Standard American English with a goal of improving written communication skills. This is a one credit course and fulfills the Gen. Ed. Communication requirement.
There are two sprint classes offered:
ENGL 117 – CRN 17107 – Tuesday and Thursday: noon to 12:50 p.m.
Early Sprint (8/25/14 – 10/17/14), instructor: A. Collins
ENGL 117 – CRN 17108 – Tuesday and Thursday: noon to 12:50 p.m.
