ITS is pleased to launch new services on July 24.
Launch of New Guest Network – “Guest”
Support documentation for the Guest Wireless Configuration is located under the Wireless Section on the ITS Documentation web page at: www.hvcc.edu/its/docs/docs.html. In order to connect to this network, a guest must first review Hudson Valley’s privacy policy, then complete a form with their name, e-mail address and mobile phone number. A verification code will then be sent to the e-mail address and mobile phone number provided.
Launch of New Technical Support Help Desk
Details of the New Technical Support Help Desk, including Live Chat and Remote Desktop Support, can be found on the ITS Web page at: www.hvcc.edu/its/support.html.
When calling 629-7311, option 3 will transfer you to the Technical Support Help Desk or you can call direct at 629-7364. Below are the hours of operation:
Regular Hours
Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Summer Hours
Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
