ITS launches new Incident Reporting System

 

ITS has released a new Incident Reporting System. This will be used to record incidents to provide notification with updates to employees as new knowledge is obtained until there is a resolution. It will also be used for our annual assessment report.

This communication tool is an integral component of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that will be released by ITS shortly. Timely communication is important to ITS and we hope that this new system will provide the needed notification and updates related to the services that ITS provides.
