It’s getting to be that time of year!
The Animal Outreach Club is in need of gently-used items
for its annual HUGE HOLIDAY SALE on Wednesday, Dec. 3!
The sale will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Siek Campus Center.
Donations of pet food also will be collected during the sale.
Each year we collect lots of terrific used “stuff” from generous Hudson Valley Community College employees, which the club in turn sells at low prices (which make everyone happy)! We accept virtually anything: clothes, ornaments, dish sets, accessories, gift bags, to name just a few.
(Click here for more information about the sale and Animal Outreach Club.)
**Please note: books are NOT accepted for this sale. If you have books, please donate them to the “free book cart” at the Marvin Library exit,
the Salvation Army or your local public library.
Each year, thanks to the good will of college employees, we are able to hold a successful holiday sale, the proceeds of which go directly
to needy animal rescues and organizations.
It’s win-win: bring us your stuff, write it off as a donation and create much-needed income for the rescues, for the voiceless.
Please drop off donations now through Tuesday, Dec. 2
with Val Waldin (MRV 141) or Tanya Hicks (ADM 240).
Pet food donations also can be dropped off!
(Home pick up can be arranged for large donations.)
Thanks for doing what you can!
