The Graphics and Print Shop departments are pleased to announce new system enhancements to our Work Order System as requested by YOU, our users. You will notice effective today (Nov. 17, 2014) that there is a new menu item on the LH menu bar called “Store Orders.” Here you can quickly and easily order unprinted and preprinted items that the Print Shop regularly keeps in stock. And you can do all this with just a couple simple clicks as compared to submitting a regular work order. Some items you will see here for your ease of ordering include:
– Unprinted text paper
– Unprinted cover stock
– Unprinted NCR paper (for multi-part forms)
– Preprinted multi-part time sheets
– Preprinted college letterhead and envelopes
– Preprinted campus map brochures
More items of this nature will be added to the list in coming weeks, including colored papers. If there are other things you’d like to order in this fashion, please send me a quick e-mail and I will see what we can do to add those too.
Additionally, we have slimmed down and re-organized the paper stocks list in the regular ordering system which should make new orders a bit easier for you.
