The Sustainability Committee will be accepting donations of seeds and plants for this year’s Earth Day celebration, scheduled for Thursday, April 23. Also, vendors selling handmade goods and products are encouraged to participate. There is no charge for table space and electrical service is provided as needed.

The celebration, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Campus Center and Quad, will feature environmental displays and demonstrations and a farmers market, in addition to the plant and seed exchange. Admission is free to the public and the campus community.
Related events include a nature trail clean-up day and tours, an electronics recycling day and tours of the college’s co-generation plant. Dates and times of these events will be announced.
