As part of HVCC READS 2015, author Joseph Luzzi will visit Hudson Valley Community College on Friday, March 27 to discuss his book entitled “My Two Italies.” During his day on campus, Luzzi will visit two morning classes, share lunch (from noon to 1 p.m.) with a small group (10-12) of students, faculty, and employees, plus present an afternoon lecture with a question-and-answer session to follow.
If you’re interested in being part of that luncheon, here’s what you have to do.
Write a short note explaining why you want to have lunch with this author. Perhaps you’ve already read his book, and you want to ask some questions about his ideas. Or, maybe you want to be a professional writer yourself, and you want some advice from someone who has published a book about his life and his Italian heritage. Or maybe you have another unique reason that I can’t even imagine. In any event, describe clearly your motivation, and send an e-mail to me at j.labate@hvcc.edu.
