A Lump Sum Payroll Request Form was enclosed with your March 20 paycheck or direct deposit stub. The form is also available on the Payroll Office website at https://www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/lumpsum.pdf.
The Lump Sum pay will be issued on May 29, 2015.
If interested, the form must be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, May 1, 2015.
