In an effort to determine the effectiveness and ease of usability for our current e-mail and calendaring platforms, I have formed an e-mail work group. Thus far, the work group has developed a survey (link below) and taken part in an initial overview of Microsoft Office 365.
In order to provide the best possible service for the campus community, the work group has focused on two primary goals:
#1: To gather information from the campus community about interest in e-mail features and their usability.
#2: To use the information gathered about the campus community’s perspectives on the college’s current student and staff e-mail and calendaring platforms, in order to determine if changing platforms should be considered.
