The Rensselaer County Legislature approved the college’s $110.1 million budget for 2015-2016 in a unanimous vote Tuesday, July 14.
The budget includes a 3% tuition hike, keeping Hudson Valley Community College among the SUNY community colleges with the lowest tuition rates.
