A variety of local restaurants will be serving samples of their best fare at the seventh annual Taste of Malta to be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 21 at TEC-SMART, which is located at 345 Hermes Road, off exit 12 of the Adirondack Northway.
The popular event is presented by the Malta Business and Professional Association and hosted by Hudson Valley Community College. All proceeds benefit the Ballston Spa Partnership for Innovation in Education Fund, a component fund of the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region.
The fund supports mission-related programs and initiatives including the Clean Technologies and Sustainable Industries Early College High School program implemented in collaboration with Hudson Valley Community College.
Participating restaurants include Panza’s Restaurant, Dock Brown’s, NaNola, Lake Ridge, The Recovery Room and Primal, Your Hometown Butcher. Media sponsors are LookTV, 101.3 – The Jockey and The Ballston Journal Online
In addition to food sampling, the event will feature a 50/50 raffle and other prizes, including a grand prize of 12 dining opportunities for the coming year!
