In a recent survey, 93% of almost 700 Hudson Valley Community College students indicated they were more confident searching library resources after library instruction.
Dwight Marvin Library now offers an online form for faculty to schedule library instruction for classes. Faculty may complete the form to arrange for a librarian to instruct a class on a general overview of library resources, a special research topic, College Forum, or to meet other learning objectives. Professor Robert Matthews, library instruction coordinator, will reply to requests for library instruction and remains available to be contacted directly to schedule instruction at r.matthews@hvcc.edu.
