Twenty-Minute Mentor Sessions

Twenty-Minute Mentor sessions are designed to provide need-to-know advice for faculty — especially those who teach in the evenings, — about various aspects of the craft in quick sessions on Tuesdays or Thursdays at 5 p.m.

Twenty-Minute Mentor sessions kick off on Thursday, Sept. 9, at 5 p.m. in the Faculty Resource Room (BTC 1054) with a presentation from Deb Kowalski, Off Campus Coordinator and Academic Counselor from the Office of Continuing Education, on procedures for evening adjuncts.

This session is designed not only for brand-new faculty, but for anyone who teaches part-time in the evenings. Those who teach off campus will find useful information as well. Please bring your questions.

Hope to see you there and please watch for upcoming sessions! Please note that future sessions will be held in BTC 219.

Dr. Carolyn Curtis, Vice President for Academic Affairs, sponsors mini-training sessions.
