This is a reminder that the degree/certificate application deadline for Fall 2015 graduation is Thursday, Oct.15.
If a student plans on completing his or her degree or certificate requirements in December, the student must submit a completed degree/certificate application to the Registrar’s Office by 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15.

Please note that the student’s department chairperson or advisor must sign the application before it can be submitted to the Registrar’s Office, so be sure to allow for enough time to complete the application.
Applications received after Oct. 15 will be considered for Spring 2016 graduation.
This degree application deadline reminder has been posted to the Student Announcement board, and all students have been sent a reminder e-mail to their HVCC e-mail account.
