Thursday, Oct. 22 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Chartwells will be offering smoked BBQ brisket and pulled pork at both Williams Hall and Siek Campus Center food courts.
These meats have been smoked on campus by our chefs and will be served with our apple BBQ sauce, cole slaw and corn muffins.
The price is $5.99 per dish with sides. A combo of both meats is available for $7.49.
