If you are receiving a 2015 Health Insurance Waiver payment, the payment will be issued on Friday, Dec. 11.
If you receive a payroll check, your waiver will be issued in a separate check.
If your payroll is directly deposited, your waiver will be issued in a separate direct deposit.
