Rich Bennett, associate dean of Continuing Education, Summer Sessions and Workforce Development, was one of five panelists addressing the middle skills job gap.
Other panelists were Adine Viscusi, owner of Casa Visco in Schenectady; Tony Hynes, CEO of Precision Valve and Automation; Margaret O’Mara, a graduate of a career and technical program; and Makensie Bullinger, academic administrator for science and technology at the Mohonasen Central School District.
The panel was hosted by the Capital Region Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), according to an article published Dec. 18 in the Albany Business Review.
