A group of state and local officials, led by New York State Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul and three members of the state Board of Regents, visited students Jan. 12 enrolled in the Troy Riverfront P-TECH (Pathways in Technology Early College High School) program at Troy High School and apparently were impressed by what they observed.
Hudson Valley Community College is a partner in the program with the Enlarged City School District of Troy, Questar III BOCES, Center for Economic Growth, GE Healthcare, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and Simmons Machine Tool Corp.
