The Oakwood Community Center at 313 Tenth St. in Troy, is hosting its monthly Soul Café dinner featuring Irish Colcannon soul (1 veg and 1 meat), Irish soda breads (1 reg and 1GF/vegan), salads, and desserts.
These monthly dinners are a pay what you can event though a minimum of $3 is suggested.
