The results from the Employee Satisfaction Survey will be utilized by the college as part of its ongoing assessment of institutional effectiveness and efforts toward continuous improvement. Although previously the satisfaction survey (formerly the Faculty and Staff Satisfaction Survey) has been administered every three years, it will from this time forward be done on an annual basis in order to more effectively assess changes made as a result of the survey. The next administration of the survey will be in spring 2017.
A total of 506 employees submitted the survey. Thank you all for taking the time and sharing your feedback.
