Write All Night on Thursday, April 14 — 10 p.m. to midnight

WAN - Spring 2016 Version 2

The first half of April is often a stressful time for taxpayers and accountants because the tax returns for the previous year must be postmarked or submitted electronically by the deadline that normally occurs in mid April.

Similarly, the first half of April can be stressful for college students because many essays and research papers have deadlines during the final three or four weeks of the spring semester. Fortunately for students, Write All Night will occur on Thursday, April 14 on the lower level of the Marvin Library from 10 p.m. to midnight!

Once each semester, The Learning Centers sponsor Write All Night, giving students an extra opportunity to receive assistance at any stage of the writing process. Some students may still be organizing their ideas, while others are trying to properly document their sources to avoid charges of plagiarism. So, no matter where the students are in the writing process, writing specialists will be available to answer questions and to provide general feedback.
