If you have not gone paperless, the 2016 Lump Sum Payroll Request Form was enclosed with your March 18 paycheck or direct deposit stub. The form also is available on the Payroll Office website at https://www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/lumpsum.pdf.
The Lump Sum pay will be issued on May 27, 2016.
If interested, the form must be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by this Friday, April 29, 2016.
