College and high school students residing within a 50-mile radius of Albany are invited to submit short films — 15 minutes or less — for the 5th annual 15 Minutes Max film festival.
Submissions are due by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, May 13. 15 Minutes Max is a juried festival with prizes ranging from $50 to $200. The 15 Minute Max film festival, co-presented by The College of Saint Rose and Times Union, will be held on Friday, Oct. 7, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Madison Theater in Albany.
