Please take a few minutes to complete the Training Needs Assessment Survey which will be distributed to all employees via email today, Monday, May 2, 2016.
The Training Needs Assessment Survey is a follow-up to the Employee Satisfaction Survey items regarding respondent satisfaction with training, satisfaction with provision of technical support and resources, and satisfaction with support for new employees, all of which declined steadily over the three administrations of the survey (2010, 2013, and 2016).
In order to discern specifically what types of training our employees need and are interested in participating in, we need your input.
The Training Needs Assessment Surveys covers training in the following areas: Technology, People Skills, Office Functionality, College Policies, and Supervisory/Management Skills. There are also opportunities for respondents to specify training in areas other than those included in the survey.
