In a textbook example of collaboration, the Instructional Resources Committee reached out to two campus offices in an effort to streamline the ability of college employees to access their network drives and shares (personal files) from off-campus. The ability to do so has always existed… yet finding that resource seemed unnecessarily cumbersome.
Representatives from the Office of Communications and Marketing and Information Technology Services stepped up to help. The result: effective immediately, the link to gain off-campus access to your campus files now is located on the “Faculty & Staff” landing page (as shown below).
