The Workforce Development Institute is offering Security Guard training classes this month. If you are thinking about part-time or full-time employment while you are studying for your degree, you may want to consider completing this 8-hour course, required by New York State, to qualify for your security guard registration card from the NYS Department of State:
Security Guard Pre-Assignment 8-Hour Training
Schedule: Saturday, Aug. 13, from 8 am. to 5 p.m.
Tuition: $85
The passing of a written examination is required for successful completion of this course.
